Returns Policy

Returns accepted within 30 days with receipt ONLY. Returns received without the original receipt enclosed will be ignored.

Absolutely no returns on closeout merchandise.

Refunds are for the purchase price only. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable, as they are used to get your order to you. For returns of merchandise purchased under the free shipping offer, we will refund the purchase price minus our usual shipping and handling fee.

All refunds are made by check or PayPal. Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund.

Please pack your return in a sturdy cardboard envelope or box or a Priority Mail envelope or box supplied by the Post Office. Do not use a paper or manila envelope for your return, as these will definitely not make it through the U.S. Mail system. Returned merchandise must be received in unused and perfect saleable condition, so be sure to use appropriate packing materials and clearly mark DO NOT BEND on the outside of the package.
